The forest

The Fageda d'en Jordà, is one of the 26 nature preserves inside the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of the Garrotxa. 
This forest is exceptional because grows at only 550 m of altitude, in a zone plain in the lateral of it strained of lava of the volcano of the Croscat, that extends for the towns of Santa Pau, Olot and Les Preses.
